About Us

 Arts for Vets is a community organization that was created in 2015 by Veterans, Active-duty Personnel and Community members whose mission is to serve the entire community with creative space, events, community gatherings, creative arts classes, arts mentorship, gallery shows and exhibits.

We have gallery space dedicated to our class offerings and exhibits, independent artists studios and various arts groups from the community. 

We are a no barriers production gallery. To assure there are no financial, physical, training or cultural barriers to participation we are inclusive, ADA compliant and provide free supplies to those who need them.

In the last 10 years we have proudly received multiple awards for our classes and individual works of art and exhibitions. In 2025 we won the North Dakota Council on the Arts Govenors award. ND Governor’s Awards for the Arts | Council on the Arts, North Dakota
